How to use the multiple-balance planner

Add each promotional purchase as a separate row using the balance and expiration date shown for that purchase. Use a short label that helps you recognize it without entering an account number or sensitive medical information.

The planner sorts the rows by expiration date so the nearest deadline is easier to see. Add a new row when you have another promotional purchase; do not combine different expiration dates into one total.

What “monthly pressure” means

The displayed amount is the promotional balance divided by the complete months remaining. It is an intentionally simple comparison figure. It is not the required minimum payment, does not include interest or fees and cannot determine how a payment will be allocated among balances.

Use it to compare deadlines and budgeting pressure, then verify every balance against the latest statement.

Update the planner after each statement

Remove an old row and add the current balance when a statement changes the amount. If a refund, new purchase or payment changes the account, confirm which promotional balance was affected before updating the planner.
