Contact the right place first

CareCredit Explained can review a possible content error, consider an official source, explain how a browser tool works or receive feedback about the site. It cannot view or service a CareCredit account. Questions about a payment, promotional balance, interest charge, application, credit limit or dispute must go through an official account channel.

What to contact us about

A focused message is easier to check than a general request. Include the page address and identify the exact wording, figure, link or tool behavior involved.

Useful reasons to write

  1. Report a possible factual error: identify the page and the specific statement you believe is incorrect.
  2. Suggest a primary source: send a current CareCredit, Synchrony or government source that may improve an existing page.
  3. Report a broken or outdated link: include the page where the link appears and the destination you expected.
  4. Ask how a site tool works: describe the field, result or browser behavior without including real account information.
  5. Suggest a guide or improvement: explain the question you were trying to answer and what remained unclear.
  6. Business or media enquiry: clearly identify the organization, purpose and requested response.

Send a message

Email contact@carecredit-registeremail.com.

There is no CareCredit account support desk behind this address. Messages are reviewed for editorial, technical and site-related purposes. A reply may not be possible when a message asks for private account research, financial advice or an action that only the issuer or provider can perform.

For the fastest editorial review, include

  1. The full URL of the page.
  2. The exact sentence, figure, link or tool behavior involved.
  3. What you expected to see instead.
  4. A current official source, when one is available.

Do not send sensitive information

This site does not need private account or medical records to review its public content. Do not send or attach:

  • CareCredit card or account numbers
  • Usernames, passwords or security codes
  • Social Security numbers or identity documents
  • Bank-account or payment-card information
  • Full statements, credit reports or application documents
  • Medical records, diagnoses, treatment records or insurance documents

If a screenshot is genuinely necessary to explain a public-page display problem, remove all personal, financial and medical information before sending it.

For CareCredit account help

CareCredit Explained cannot log in to an account, verify a balance, trace a payment, change payment allocation, remove interest, approve credit, increase a credit limit or decide a dispute.

Use the official CareCredit website, the number on the back of the card or the contact information printed on the current statement for questions about:

  • Account access and password recovery
  • Applications, approval decisions and credit limits
  • Payments, posting status and returned payments
  • Promotional balances and expiration dates
  • Interest charges, fees and account terms
  • Fraud, disputes and unauthorized transactions

For treatment, cancellation or provider questions

The healthcare provider controls the treatment or product being sold, the amount it charges, its cancellation policy and the refund it initiates. Contact the provider directly about:

  • The treatment or product price
  • What insurance may cover
  • Cancellation or rescheduling
  • Whether a refund was approved or submitted
  • The provider’s acceptance of CareCredit for a specific purchase

A provider may confirm that it submitted a refund, but only the relevant account records can show when the credit posts to the CareCredit account.

What happens when you report an error

A reported statement is compared with the most relevant available primary source. It is not changed solely because one message disagrees with it. If the evidence supports a correction, the affected page is updated and connected guides, FAQs, examples and tool instructions are checked when they rely on the same fact.

If the answer depends on an individual statement, promotional disclosure or account agreement, the public page may be clarified without claiming that one account’s result applies to every user.
